Peplink does not discontinue or EOL a product. However, to extend the life cycle of a product, we will enhance, update, and release new hardware revisions from time to time. This is driven by product enhancements, innovation or replacement of components.
* As long as the customer’s device is on warranty, we will replace it with equal or better revisions. We will also provide software updates regularly with new features and address security issues.
